I am a Research Fellow for the Department of Design, Manufacture and Engineering Management (DMEM) and currently fulfil the role of Knowledge Exchange (KE) & Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Coordinator for DMEM.
I am passionate about Operational Excellence and my research and industrial engagement activities are aimed at helping organisations perform better.
