The project aims to evaluate photo essays as a teaching and learning tool in a higher educational setting. Photo essays require fieldwork, a practical data collection technique, engagement with an organisational environment, demonstrating communication skills, and a theoretical reflection, thus are perfectly suited to support experiential learning.
