If you wish to take up an opportunity to gain work experience related to your studies, you may wish to consider taking Voluntary Leave of Absence.

If you're considering, or if you have embarked on Voluntary Leave of Absence, you'll have access to all the services of the Careers Service. You can still book events and appointments.
There is a short programme to help develop your skills during your time away from the university. The Student Business letter you receive to confirm your Voluntary Leave of Absence will provide more details.
