Professor Francesco Sindico co-edits new book
On Monday 10 June 2024 the Queen Mary University London (QMUL) Centre for Small States hosted the launch of the book 鈥淩esearch Handbook on Climate Change Litigation鈥� published by Edward Elgar Publishing, co-edited by Prof Francesco Sindico.

He was joined by two of the other co-editors, and with unfortunately the final editor not being able to join. Two discussants, and , were present to comment on the book鈥檚 content.

Two of the key features of the book were discussed at the book launch: 1) the thread throughout being the litigation journey from strategy to impact and 2) how such a journey can be traced not only in domestic climate litigation, but also within different international regimes.
