Professor Francesco Sindico co-edits new book

On Monday 10 June 2024 the Queen Mary University London (QMUL) Centre for Small States hosted the launch of the book 鈥淩esearch Handbook on Climate Change Litigation鈥 published by Edward Elgar Publishing, co-edited by Prof Francesco Sindico.

He was joined by two of the other co-editors, and with unfortunately the final editor not being able to join. Two discussants, and , were present to comment on the book鈥檚 content.

Two of the key features of the book were discussed at the book launch: 1) the thread throughout being the litigation journey from strategy to impact and 2) how such a journey can be traced not only in domestic climate litigation, but also within different international regimes.
